Four addresses, four purposes. Corrections and privacy requests are logged and answered on fixed timeframes; commercial enquiries are not. This page tells you which one to use and what happens after you press send.

Four channels, and what each one is for

Mail sent to the wrong address is forwarded internally, which costs you time. Our target for a first human reply is 2 working days on every channel, measured from receipt in New Zealand business hours.

We do not run a phone line or a live chat. Every commitment on this page is written, because a written record is the only kind we can be held to.

Corrections: what happens after you send one

A correction is triaged the day it lands. If the claim is right, the page is amended and carries a dated correction note for 90 days, so a reader can see what changed and when. Our target from receipt to published amendment is 5 working days.

What speeds this up: a link to the operator's published terms, a screenshot of the cashier, or the game provider's information sheet. Where our figure and the operator's live cashier disagree, the cashier is correct and we amend without argument.

What does not move us: a request to remove a critical finding because of a commercial relationship. Our scoring rules are published at how we test, and a correction changes the number, not the conclusion the number produces.

Operator and partnership enquiries

We list 0 operators on the basis of payment. Placement, ordering and scores come from the published methodology, and no position in a table is available for purchase. If your enquiry is about buying one, the answer is already no and you can save the email.

Enquiries we do answer, within 5 working days: correcting your own listing, supplying updated terms, notifying us of a licence change or a market exit, and requesting the removal of your brand from a New Zealand-facing page.

Privacy requests take up to 20 working days

Under section 44 of the Privacy Act 2020 we have 20 working days to respond to a request for access to personal information we hold about you. If the information sits with another organisation, we must tell you about the transfer within 10 working days.

Send requests to privacy@lucky-ones-casino1.com with enough detail to identify the records. What we hold, how long we hold it, and what we never collect is set out in the privacy policy.

What we cannot help with

We hold 0 player accounts, 0 balances and 0 customer funds. That rules out an entire class of request, and pretending otherwise would waste a week of yours:

  • Recovering a balance, a bonus or a confiscated withdrawal from an operator
  • Completing, escalating or overriding an identity check
  • Closing an account, or applying a self-exclusion on your behalf
  • Acting as your agent in a dispute with an operator

The first step in any of those is the operator's own complaints process, then the dispute body named in its licence. For anything involving a New Zealand-facing gambling service, the Department of Internal Affairs is the regulator, not us.

Responsible gambling

This site is for readers aged 18 and over. Gambling is entertainment with a negative expected return; it is not income and we never present it as such.

Disclosure

We may earn commission from some operators listed on this site. Commission does not affect scores or ordering — the full model is at how we test, and the money side is set out in our affiliate disclosure.
