Casinos We Don't List.

Three operators are excluded from every page on this site. Below is the dated public record for each, the conditions that put them here, and the kinds of accusation we refuse to publish even when we are handed them.

Key figures

What puts an operator on this page

Removal from a single page happens for ordinary reasons — a threshold in the wrong currency, wagering far above break-even, a tier mismatch. Removal from every page requires one of 3 findings, each documented and dated.

The three findings that remove an operator from every list on this site
FindingWhy it is disqualifying rather than merely poor
Withdrawals stalling past the operator's own published processing window, across multiple unrelated players The operator has set the standard itself and is failing it. That is not a dispute about interpretation
Account access removed, or winnings confiscated, while a balance is pending The player loses both the money and the means to pursue it at the same time
A self-exclusion request confirmed in writing and then not honoured This is a harm-prevention failure rather than a commercial one, and there is no version of it we will list

Independent safety ratings are an input, not a rule. A single complaint, a dispute the operator answered, or a bad review is none of these things and does not qualify.

Amerio.bet — accounts closed with balances still on them

Casino Guru rates Amerio Casino at a Safety Index of 3.5, classified as low, with complaint themes recorded as delayed withdrawals and confiscated winnings. It is the lowest rating of the three operators here.

The public complaint file carries the pattern in detail. One player reported completing verification and receiving a €300 withdrawal successfully, then having the account banned with roughly €1,700 remaining on it and no explanation given by email. Another reported a $300 withdrawal cancelled after the fact, the deposit and bonus returned instead, and the bonus rules altered after the withdrawal request had been made. A third reported a 400 USDT withdrawal blocked because the only payout rail offered did not match the method used to deposit.

Separately, at least one review platform has flagged the operator for loss of contact — repeated attempts to reach it about player complaints going unanswered. The operator is identified as MillHouse B.V. under a Curaçao licence.

Ratings and complaint records are dynamic. Read 27 July 2026.

BetPlays — a 5 day window that ran to 8 and beyond

BetPlays' own terms allow up to 5 business days to process a withdrawal. The public record shows that window exceeded and then left unaddressed, which is the cleanest form of this finding because the standard is the operator's own.

One player requested €89 on 1 March after completing verification and an additional mobile check, and reported no payment and no explanation afterwards. Another requested a withdrawal on 18 May and reported that by 27 May the operator had itself confirmed 8 business days had passed with the funds unmoved, and that live chat had been left in a state preventing a new conversation from being opened. The file carries larger amounts, including 6,000 CAD requested in October and €1,100 outstanding from September.

Trustpilot adds the harm-prevention failure: a player citing serious gambling problems reported that repeated self-exclusion requests were reversed and platform access restored.

Roby Casino — €500 at a time, and a closure that did not hold

Casino Guru rates Roby Casino at a Safety Index of 5.7, classified as below average and described as a suboptimal option for most players. AskGamblers records an average disputed amount of $2,028 across its file.

The recurring mechanism is a withdrawal cap releasing funds in €500 instalments, with players reporting balances from €1,000 to €10,000 released partially or not at all, and verification held open for two months in one case. The operator runs under an Anjouan licence as NovaForge LTD, a framework whose published complaints process requires every dispute to go first to the operator itself.

The file also contains the third finding. A player received written confirmation on 20 April 2026 that their account had been permanently closed on request, citing the operator's own request reference number, and subsequently reported that the closure had not held.

Why an affiliate's complaint is not a player's warning

Lists of operators to avoid circulate constantly in this industry, and a large share of what is on them has nothing to do with players. This is the most common way a warning page ends up publishing something false, so it is worth setting out.

Affiliate programmes and casinos are different things with different failure modes. A programme that pays its marketing partners late, disputes their commission, or changes terms on them is a business-to-business problem. A recent complaint against one such programme concerned USD 53 of unpaid affiliate commission. That is a real grievance for the affiliate and completely irrelevant to whether the casino pays its players — and repackaging it as a consumer warning would be a false statement about a business.

The same filter removes brands whose public record contradicts the accusation. We have been passed operator names carrying high independent safety ratings, no relevant complaints and no unfair terms findings. Those brands are not listed on this page, are not named as having been accused, and simply do not appear on the site — absence is not an allegation, and we do not make one we cannot evidence.

Right of reply and corrections

Before a named criticism is published, the specific claims go to the operator in writing with 5 business days to respond. A reply, or the absence of one, is recorded here.

Any operator may contact us with evidence at any time. Where the record warrants it we publish a correction on the page rather than quietly editing it, and where a rating or complaint file has since changed we say so and re-date the section. If you are an operator on this page and the position has changed, write to us and bring the file — a resolved complaint history is exactly the kind of thing that gets a name removed.

Where these operators would otherwise appear

All 3 run offers at the deposit levels covered across our cluster, which is why the exclusion is worth stating rather than leaving as a silent gap. The pages below list what we do recommend at each level, and the arithmetic behind it.
